When you sign up for any service with Cupid Post, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including all amendments made to date. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not join. Users may not use Cupid Post for any unlawful purpose. Users must represent, warrant and covenant that they are at least 18 years old. Members/users may use the services of Cupid Post absolutely free for one year. A minimal monthly fee may apply thereafter. Members will be notified well in advance.
Code of Conduct

Users are not allowed to harass or offend another party. For example, posting any material or audio recordings which contain libelous, slanderous, abusive, defamatory statements, racist, pornographic, obscene, offensive language or images is prohibited. |

Users will not forward chain letters, junk mail, or unsolicited mass mailing through Cupid Post. |
c. |
Users will not infringe on anyone’s rights (e.g., privacy and property rights). |
d. |
Users will not use Cupid Post to violate, plagiarize, or infringe upon the rights of any third party. Users will not use services provided by Cupid Post in any way that is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law. |
e. |
Users will not use Cupid Post for the purpose of solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services. This website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. |
f. |
Users will not cause harm to the services provided by Cupid Post or its fellow members (e.g., distributing or uploading any virus, trojan horses, and spams). |
g. |
Users will not display any contact information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or URLs). |

Users are not allowed to solicit personal information from people under 18 or provide material that exploits people under 18 |
Rights and Responsibilities
At anytime, Cupid Post may change, interrupt, suspend, or halt its services, database, and/or content without notice or liability. Any claim against Cupid Post is limited to the amount paid by the user for services during the previous 12 months. Cupid Post has the right to monitor, delete, move, and edit material provided by users if the material is deemed in violation of the Code of Conduct, is suspected to be under 18, or is using Cupid Post for solicitation. Cupid Post may also terminate or suspend access from a user for any reason with or without notice, and may be referred to the authorities for appropriate legal action.
There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions while using Cupid Post. Where permitted by law, users acknowledge that services are provided without any warranties. Users acknowledge that use of services is at the users own risk.
Members agree to indemnify Cupid Post harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which Cupid Post may suffer from members using the services provided by Cupid Post.
Cupid Post is copyright protected. No one is to modify, copy, display, sell, or distribute Cupid Post material as well as members’ information. Only software that is authorized by Cupid Post may be downloaded.
Privacy
 Any information that users provide through the Internet and email cannot be entirely secure or private. Users will agree to release Cupid Post from all liability. Cupid Post is not responsible for materials provided by other users/members, external links, resources, or advice columnists/counselors. Cupid Post is not responsible for any material or information uploaded or distributed through Cupid Post. Users are responsible for all activity on Cupid Post by anyone using their password; therefore users are encouraged to keep their account private.
Communication
Changes in this Agreement will be posted on Cupid Post or sent via electronic mail. If you do not agree to any modifications, you should terminate your use of Cupid Post. Without revealing your personal identity, we have the right to disclose information about your usage of Cupid Post. Cupid Post forwards messages to you from other Cupid Post users.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement or involving the services provided by Cupid Post will be subject to the courts of the Province of Ontario and the federal courts applicable within the Province.
Information that Cupid Post gathers
We gather non-public information and public information. Besides your Cupid Post mailbox, your non-public or contact information is not available to anyone (e.g., email address and one-on-one communication with other members). However, we may disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe we are required to do so by operation of law. Public information or your non-personally identifying demographic information (e.g., nickname, height, race, religion, etc.) is used to personalize your use of Cupid Post and allows other members to find you through a search. Cupid Post cannot provide complete protection of your material as with any information over the internet.
